Services Offered

Here you can book your FREE 20 minute consult call, or an individual one-on-one online counselling session or a couples online counselling session. All online sessions are hosted on Jane, a secure and user-friendly platform designed to protect your privacy while making it easy to attend sessions from the comfort of your own space. These sessions are available Sundays from 11:00am-3:00pm and Monday-Wednesday from 3:00-7:30pm.

I am excited to now offer in-person counselling in Kelowna, BC! In person sessions are available ONLY Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm at #214, 3001 Tutt Street, Kelowna BC. You can book either an individual one-on-one in-person counselling session or a couples in-person counselling session.
